Ryan Delaney landed his dream job in 2011 with major New Zealand fashion brand Federation, straight out of a Bachelor of Media Arts. He has gone on to become a freelance designer and is now the Creative Director and Founder of Overdose.Digital, with offices in four major cities worldwide and over 30 clients.
